Return conditions

Shipping costs for the return of the package with the courier indicated by Al Duca D'Aosta will be free. If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer.

You can request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, make sure you request your return within 14 days after the day on which the product(s) come into your physical possession.

The return must be shipped from the original delivery address.

All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition.

Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original Label, tags and packaging included. We will not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed.

If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.

Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging. Footwear must be in the original shoe box and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expenses and reimbursement will not be made.

Please follow  these instructions:

  1. Send an e-mail to specifying the order number, the item (s) that you would like to return and the reason why.
  2. Book a free collection with TNT by visiting your country and find the telephone number of your nearest TNT branch.Sender’s Account Number will be asked, please specify it (29595) and Al Duca d’Aosta as a company name.
  3. Fill in the waybill (you will find it inside your parcel) and attach as document for sending back the shipment the Returns Invoice Customs if you are an extra EU customer (you will find it inside the original documents).You did receive two copies of the pro forma invoice reporting the items you bought. Please insert one of hem into the parcel and stick the other one outside the box, together with the return label.Once arranged a TNT courier to pick up your consignments at a convenient time, your parcels will be swiftlyon their way on the day you choose.

Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be paid back within 14 working days after we received the returned good(s) and will be made through the same system used to place the order.
Refunds can be done on your credit card, Paypal account, or on your bank account. To request a refund in the case you chose “Wire Transfer” as a payment method, it is necessary to have a bank account and to

provide an IBAN number by contacting our Customer Care Service (by email).

If you have paid with credit card, please be aware that the time necessary to see the amount on your account depends on the institute that has issued the card.

The return value is in €.

Shipping costs, customs and import duties charged at the checkout, as well as customs and import duties paid at delivery, will not be refunded from Al Duca D'Aosta in case of return.
